TIFMAS

The Texas Intrastate Fire Mutual Aid System (TIFMAS) is coordinated by the Texas A&M Forest Service. TIFMAS is the framework through which fire & rescue agencies work together to provide support for incidents as diverse as hurricanes and wildfires.

In 2022, Needham Fire Rescue was awarded a 2021 International Brush Truck by the TIFMAS Program.

In 2025, crews were deployed 15 times and were out for total of 162 days.

We have been deployed 2 times so far in 2026.
